On 23rd June, Ben spent the evening at Essex Horse and Pony Protection Soceity in Pitsea giving a talk on his 'Life as an Equine Vet'. Ben talked about his thrills and spills of being a equine vet, giving a great insight into their day to day life where no two days are ever the same from foaling at 4am to helping rescue horses out of swimming pools!
There were lots of shocking photos and he spoke about his time working with horses in India, Asia and North American. EHPPS put this evening on to help raise money for the charity by selling tickets at £5 each and made a fantastic £253.
